Our approach to therapy is warm, direct, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practices with an eclectic style.
This includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
We strive to meet each client where they are while gently challenging them toward growth and helping them develop practical tools for everyday life.

Initial Intake Assessment
Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another. We’ll discuss your current concerns, personal history, and go over policy and procedures. Together, we’ll identify your goals and begin creating a personalized plan to support your growth.
Fees and Insurances
$135-$155
Individual/Couples Therapy
If you are private pay, you have the option to choose between a 45- or 60-minute session.
Payment Options
We are currently in network with BCBS/Anthem, Cigna (Everworth), Optum/Oxford (EAP), Carelon, United Healthcare, and Aetna. You are encouraged to reach out to your insurance company to determine benefits, deductible, and copay for telehealth services under behavioral health. If you do not see your insurance company listed, you can opt for private pay. A superbill may be provided for possible out-of-network reimbursement.
We accept all major credit cards for copayments and coinsurance. Payments are due before your session.
